Busy Very Busy these few days.. been trying to work things out, somehow I still get stuck here and there. Been helping out at our family business these few days, all of a sudden alot of customers start to place heaps orders for this and that stuff... rushing here and there like ants.... thats good news for the boss. On the other hand, employee need motivation when times like this come.

Scenario
Imagine this situation that u are a working in a salon, washing hair for the customer. When times are good like Chinese New year, you will be task to wash heaps of hair till yr fingers get those soapy feelings. You will start to feel.... what the fuck .. why should i wash so much idiot hair... my fucking pay is still that stupid rate... and the frustration u get from yr boss yelling at u to keep up the pace... The anger and frustration built up when you starve, endure the time that u need to rush to the toilet and delay meeting yr date. In the end, did yr boss care about you?

Did he .. help u ? understand u? or jus fuck off?

Well, it happen to all people. As u can see, if they want the business to last long and being successful, one must teach them the right way to be a leader or a manager. Employees is an asset to every business, thus it should be seen as a win-win situation for both parties.
