Management Tool (1) - Letter Killer

To all business leaders or team leaders or etc..... If u came across this blog I am going to share with u a simple and realistic management way of understanding yr employees tat I have personnally try before. It works v. amazing..

It is the norm tat in office we have the interview session with work mates and supervisior etc.. Doing this interview do they reali say their true feelings? Will they reali express how they feel for the team in tat short period of interviewing process? The ANSWER : NO... cos who will wanna say bad things or say bad stuff to their boss directly on their face.. cos after all they are there for the money ..lol.. to have lesser problem most of them will keep quiet no matter how bad or negative their heart will feel.

Solution : ( I learn this in the army )

Ask yr employees to write a letter expressing on simple things ....
The writer is not suppose to write his name as this is PRIVATE
They are suppose to type it, else hand writtten format will reveal who the person wrote it.

1. wat u feel about the company
2. name all the team members and write what u like and dont like abt them, rank who u want to eliminate first. Describing the worse first and the best last..
3. Next write on all the bosses tat u work with, wat u like and dont like about them including the worse
4. What you want to express out tat can be on management, work pratice issue or even complains. Be daring to say anything cos they will not know who wrote it. Its yr turn to fuck them or say things gd abt them.

Seal it in an envelope and drop it in the collection box at a situated time stated..

U will be surprise what the results will be cos this is where the true verdict will reveal..
Everyone will come out with the same conclusion of a common person to elimate and this person might be a gd worker in the eye of the boss but not to the rest of the team.

On the other hand, the boss will know what is bad or gd on that he/she need to change or improve on it. Issue like temper, management leadership or even bad habit like digging n0se in office .. haha......

Purpose of this letter can reali reveal the true feelings and situation of the team, the morale and everything u name it ......... It can be fun .. trust me it works
